Before filling out the Haryana MBBS application form, the candidates must know about the basic eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities.

• Candidates must be residents of the state of Haryana.

• The minimum age of applicants is 17 years before December 31, 2025.

• Candidates must have passed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as the core subjects. Also, have to qualify in each subject with a minimum aggregate score of 50% for general, and 40% and 45% for reserved category PH students, respectively.

• Candidates must qualify NEET UG exam with a minimum NEET cutoff percentile as given in the table below.

Step 1: Candidate registration

For registering for Haryana MBBS admissions, candidates have to click on the link to be provided on this page. The requisite details then have to be filled in the Haryana MBBS application form 2025:

Step 2: Login ID and password

After the completion of the registration process for the application form of Haryana MBBS, the registered candidates are issued a login ID and password. The login ID and password pop up on the screen, and it is sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 3: Login and fill the Haryana NEET application form for 2025

After receiving the login credentials, candidates are required to enter the same to log in. After logging in, the Haryana MBBS 2025 application form is displayed on the screen. Candidates have to click on the link indicating ‘Click here to fill the application form’.

• Class 10 details: School name and roll number, state, board, grading or not, maximum marks, scores obtained, percentage, and year of passing
