Click on the NEET candidates login link.
Enter the NEET 2026 application number and password to login.
At the candidate portal, a NEET 2026 correction window link will appear.
Click on the link and make changes in the required fields.
Re-upload the documents, if required.
Save all the changes and submit the correction window form.
Download the NEET 2026 confirmation page for future reference.

To access the NEET 2026 correction window, candidates do not have to pay any fee. However, final corrections will only be applicable after payment of any additional fees (if required). For instance, if a candidate changes his/her category from SC to General, he/she will have to pay the difference amount. However, as per the NTA’s policy paid fee will not be refunded which means, if a candidate changes his/her category from General to SC, the difference amount will not be refunded by the authority.
NEET correction window is a one-time opportunity to rectify errors done in the NEET application form. Therefore, candidates must review all the edited details carefully before final submission.
