Punjab MBBS Application Form 2019 - Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the application form of Punjab BDS 2019 for mop-up. The link for online registration has been provided on this page. Punjab BDS 2019 application form has been made available for domicile and eligible candidates. The last date to fill Punjab NEET application form 2019 is September 11. Through an official notification, the MoHFW in consultation with Dental Council of India has reduced the NEET BDS cutoff by 10 percentile. Punjab MBBS 2019 application form is filled for admission to 85% state quota seats in government and government aided colleges and for admission to all seats in private colleges. Considering admission will be based on NEET scores, only those candidates who have qualified in the national-level exam should fill Punjab MBBS 2019 application form. Application form filling process includes steps like registration, uploading of documents, and payment of application fee. The application form of Punjab MBBS 2019 can be filled in online mode. One should fill the Punjab MBBS 2019 application form with correct and verifiable data. If any candidate is found using misleading data during the document verification process, his or her candidature might be rejected.

Registration - To register, one has to enter details like name (as per matric certificate), email id, mobile number, NEET Roll number, All India Rank, marks and percentile, and date of birth. Address and academic details also have to be furnished. On successful completion of the registration process, registration number and password would be generated.
Payment of application fee - The application fee is category-specific and can be paid online through net banking or e-challan. For making payment offline (e-challan), one has to first take a printout of the Bank challan which will be generated after registration. The challan will have two parts - (1) banker copy and (2) candidate copy. The candidate after making the payment at any Oriental Bank needs to collect the candidate copy after getting it duly signed.
General and other categories
Uploading of documents - In this step the candidate will have to download scanned images of photograph, signature, thumb impression. The maximum file size allowed is 25 KB. The name and date on which it was taken must be mentioned at the bottom of the photograph. Other documents the candidate has to upload include birth certificate, mark sheets of 10+2, NEET score card, category certificate, etc.
Taking printout of application form - Finally, the candidate must take a printout of the submitted application form to complete the application process.
Following submission of the application form, the candidate has to next report in person for document verification from June 26 to 28, 2019. It is important that the verification process is successful, as otherwise the candidate may be disqualified.
The eligibility criteria of Punjab MBBS 2019 are the set of conditions that the applicant has to meet in order to be considered for admission. These include requirements related to age limit, nationality, domicile, and qualifying exam.
Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian citizen
Domicile: The candidate must be a resident of Punjab. Please note that there are a few exceptions to this rule, for example for candidates who are wards of late employees of Punjab Government
Age limit: The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as on December 31, 2019. The upper age limit is pending Supreme Court judgement.
Qualifying exam: One must pass 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. The candidate must pass each of the subjects individually. The minimum aggregate score in PCB (or PC-Biotechnology) should be 50% marks for general, 45% for PwD and 40% for reserved category candidates.
Additionally, all applicants must qualify in NEET 2019. This is because the merit list of Punjab MBBS 2019 will be prepared based on NEET scores.

As you said you belong to OBC NCL category in Gujarat as you said it is not in the central list then and you should preferably keep OBC as you category are you must be having the caste certificate with you. And if you will select general category then you will not get any benefit of being OBC category student even if you provide them with your OBC category certificate at the time of admission or document verification. Dear Mansi, this depends on the verifying body i.e. NTA. If your uploaded document is not upto the guidelines then NTA will send you mail regarding that onyl. If you don't receive any mail then consider your application to be good.
Also, it is mentioned that the documents from digilocker can be used for official purposes. So, I don't think there will be any problem. Still if NTA sends you a mail then you will have to comply.

There is no upper age limit to appear for NEET 2020 although you must have attained 17 years of age to appear for the exam. you must have scored a minimum of 50 % in your senior secondary exam to be eligible to appear for the same.
