The online registration for second round of counselling will begin in the first week of August 2019. While filling the Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019 admission form, aspirants will have to enter the email ID and mobile number to receive the UGMAC ID to login. Before applying for Bihar MBBS admission 2019, aspirants must read the eligibility conditions set by the authority to check whether they are eligible or not. Read the basic Bihar MBBS eligibility criteria here.
An aspirant should be an Indian national.
One must register themselves for Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019 admission
He/she should be of at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2019.
The upper age limit for students should not exceed more than 25 years old.
Aspirants must fulfill at least one domicile category of the following:
Parent/s of candidates should be a permanent resident.
Candidates whose parent(s) are refugees of Bihar.
Parents are not the permanent resident of the state but are working for Government of Bihar.
Student’s parent who have transferable job in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Applicants whose parents are working in Public Service Undertaking (PSU) of Government of India.
Parent of a student must be working with United Nations in the state.
Unreserved category students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. While SC/ST/OBC aspirants must secure 40% in 10+2 or equivalent exam.
It is mandatory to secure the NEET 2019 cutoff for admission to MBBS and BDS courses across India. The qualifying percentile for general category is 50 percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC and PH aspirants, it is 40 and 45 percentile, respectively.
The application form of Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019 can be filled in five steps, which are:

In order to submit the application form successfully, read the procedure mentioned below.
Step 1: Online registration
Students have to register themselves for Bihar MBBS admission by entering the email ID and mobile number in the space required. The authority will send the UGMAC ID-2019 to the registered details. Using the UGMAC registration number, aspirants can login to fill Bihar MBBS 2019 application form. The UGMAC ID must be retained as it will be used in future.
Step 2: Submission of Bihar MBBS application fees
The application form will be submitted successfully only after the payment of application fee. To pay the registration fees, students must login using the UGMAC ID number. The payment of Bihar MBBS application form 2019 fees can be done in the following modes:
Bank Challan - The challan must be downloaded online. The bank challan can only be deposited in any branch of Canara Bank. The registration fees of Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019 for general/Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class (EBC) categories is Rs. 1200, while for SC/ST candidates, they need to submit Rs. 600. The bank charges of Rs. 600 will also be paid by aspirants.
Online payment - The payment of registration fees can be paid in online mode only using net banking or debit/credit cards. The extra transaction fees should be paid by aspirants only. The amount of application fee is same as for bank challan.
Step 3: Submission of personal details
Once the counselling fees is submitted, aspirants need to enter the personal details such as name, father’s name, date of birth, category, gender and other asked information. Also the passport size photograph and signature must be uploaded in the application form as per the specifications mentioned. The details filled by the aspirants will be displayed on the screen, aspirants must click on submit after verifying.
Step 4: Entering the academic details
In this step, candidates have to enter their educational details such as Class 12 marks obtained, board details, name and address of school. Also the NEET 2019 rank, score, subject-wise marks and other details must be filled. Based on the NEET details, the authority will release the Bihar MBBS merit list 2019, therefore, the information filled must be verified.
Step 5: Printout of filled in Bihar MBBS application form
After submitting all the details, aspirants need to take a printout of filled in Bihar MBBS/BDS admission form 2019. This printout must be preserved as it will be used at the time of Bihar MBBS 2019 counselling. The following documents should also be carried along with the printed application form for verification during offline counselling at the designated venue.
Passport size photograph (as used in NEET application form 2019)
Signature (name as mentioned in the Bihar MBBS application form)
Copy of paid bank challan
Declaration form (attached with the application form)
Caste certificate, if required

1.Collect all the study material of physics and revise it.
2.Go through ncert physics book of class 11 and 12 and make your concept clear.
3.if you have doubt in any topic you can watch online videos to clear your doubt.
4.solve previous year question paper for understanding the pattern of question and hoe to tackle the question within time limit.
5.solve sample paper and give mock test on regular basis.
6.make a proper time table and divide the chapter accordingly and complete the chapter according to the time table.

Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
