will the eligibility drop from 50% in pcb to 40% in pcb in neet up ug second round counselling? i was given this information at my nodal centre during document verification? if yes, then does this happen every year and is it applicable for this year too?
No, there is no such official news that eligibility criteria will be reduced from 50 percent to 40 percent in NEET counseling of any state.
If it happens, candidates will be notified about it prior to the commencement of counseling round.

If a neet dropper( 1st time drop) is filling neet application form for 2nd attempt, and if he hasnt scored 50% or 40% (reserved category) aggregate in pcb, is it possible that his/her application form gets rejected, because they ask 12th details for droppers form?
See if you belongs to unreserved/general category then you should at least have 50% aggregate in PCB and if you do not secure this much marks then you can appear for NEET but you will not be eligible to sit for NEET counselling.
