Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) is the authority responsible for conducting counselling for Chandigarh NEET 2024 admission. The authority has released the round 2 Chandigarh NEET counselling 2024 dates. The round 2 counselling of Chandigarh NEET 2024 will be held September 27. To participate in the admission process, candidates will have to fill out the Chandigarh MBBS application form 2024 on or before the last date. The Chandigarh NEET application form can only be filled out online, and candidates will have to select different courses on the same application form for MBBS, BDS, and BHMS. GMCH will conduct Chandigarh NEET counselling 2024 in two offline rounds followed by a mop-up round if seats remain vacant. Candidates must note that admission to the 150 MBBS and 100 BDS seats offered in the state will be through NEET 2024 examination where medical aspirants must secure the minimum qualifying percentile. Candidates are required to fulfill certain eligibility conditions in order to qualify for Chandigarh NEET admission, these have been mentioned in the points below:

GMCH has released the application form for Chandigarh NEET admission 2024. Candidates must note that a single form needs to be filled out no matter how many courses they wish to apply for. Candidates will have to follow the steps provided below in order to register for admission to Chandigarh MBBS.
Step 1 - Registration
Candidates will have to first register themselves by creating a password which will be used as login credentials. Candidates will also be required to enter their name, contact details, etc. while registering for Chandigarh MBBS admission 2024. After candidates complete successful registration a unique registration ID will be generated.
Step 2 - Filling out the application form
Then candidates will then have to fill in details in the application form which should match the ones entered in the NEET application form 2024. Details to be entered include educational qualification, personal and NEET details.
Step 3 - Document upload
Candidates are required to upload certain documents in the Chandigarh MBBS 2024 application form in the format specified by the authorities. The documents to be uploaded are a passport-size photograph, signature, NEET result 2024, 10+2 mark sheet, birth certificate, pass certificate, and category certificate.
Step 4 - Application fee payment
In the next step, candidates are required to pay Chandigarh MBBS application fee specifications or which are given below

SC - ₹1000
Candidates must note that this fee structure does not include additional bank charges.
The authorities will release the provisional merit list for Chandigarh NEET 2024 admission in online mode. The merit list for admission to Chandigarh MBBS will include details like the candidate’s name, roll number, NEET 2024 score, category, state merit rank, etc. Following the release of the provisional merit list, the authorities will release the final merit list for Chandigarh MBBS admission 2024. Such candidates whose names are included in the final merit list will be called for participating in the Chandigarh MBBS 2024 counselling offline rounds.
GMCH will conduct two rounds of offline counselling for Chandigarh MBBS 2024 admission to 85% state quota seats. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirement for the same. The venue for counselling of Chandigarh MBBS has been provided below. Candidates must note that the counselling will be done on the basis of category-wise merit list for which shortlisted candidates will have to report to the allotted venue. It must be noted that candidates must furnish documents in original and photocopies of the same at the Chandigarh MBBS counselling 2024 venue. Candidates allotted seats in the first round will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent rounds.

As of now, PGIMER does not offer UG courses like MBBS. So there is no MBBS in Chandigarh PGI. Aspirants can opt for MD/MS courses at PGI Chandigarh. There are chances that may be in future hopefully PGI, Chandigarh will offer the MBBS course as well.
