Usually, number of government dental services seats for EWS candidates is very limited but reserved.

It is possible to get entry with an AIR of 2238 considering a fair chance out of the not too competitive states or colleges, but I wouldn't bet on it for top-tier government colleges as the cut offs tend to be high. It very difficult to get admission with 4767 rank in neet mds in obc category for government seat. The govt seats are most closed under 1000 ranks. You can choose private or deemed Universities for this.
