As per NEET MDS 2024 statistics released, a total of 29220 candidates appeared for NEET MDS exam. Each year, thousands of candidates appear in the exam with a hope to secure admission in top MDS colleges in India. The NEET MDS cutoff is set at 50th percentile with 261 marks for General category candidates. While candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST and OBC has to score at least 40th percentile with 227 qualifying marks to qualify the exam.
According to the NEET MDS data, a total of over 8,000 students appeared for NEET MDS entrance exam. The exam was conducted on March 1 after multiple postponements. The NEET MDS was held for a duration of 3 hours from 9 AM to 12 PM in which a total of 240 multiple choice questions were asked. For every correct answer, 4 marks were given and one mark was deducted for every wrong answer.
