The PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PSG IMSR) Coimbatore offers an MBBS course with 250 seats. PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research MBBS admission process
The MBBS admission process at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research is conducted based on the NEET UG scores. Candidates securing minimum NEET cutoff are required to fill Tamil Nadu MBBS application form. The authority state merit list for all the registered candidates. Candidates with their names listed on the Tamil Nadu NEET merit list are required to fill their preferences.
DMER Chennai conducts Tamil Nadu NEET counselling. Candidates who are granted a seat at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research during the counselling process need to join the institute on or before the last date. Here’s a last 10 year NEET UG OBC cut-off rank for AIIMS Delhi :
2024: Rank 186
2023: Rank 255
2022: Rank 247
2021: Rank 250
2020: Rank 218
Before 2020, AIIMS had its own entrance exam (not through NEET), so NEET-based cut-offs are not available.
To get AIIMS Delhi under OBC, you need a NEET AIR under 250.

As per your queries, I would like to tell you that government BAMS institutions of a demand Neet scores above 500+ for students in the general category. The cutoffs, however, maybe lower in some cases, even between 300 and 400 for reserved categories like SC, ST and OBC. It is improbable that you would get admitted to a government BAMS institution with a score of 192, particularly under the all India quota.
However, depending on the state and seed availability, certain private BAMS University is may except applicants with low scores. You can try in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra through management quota or NRI quotas.
Take part in state - level counselling and try on private colleges through management quota after checking their cutoffs.
