As per the latest update, the NTA has announced re-NEET 2026 exam date. The exam will now be conducted on June 21, 2026.

    NEET exam is conducted in pen and paper format (OMR-based) across India and abroad. A total of 180 multiple-choice questions are asked in the entrance examination and students have to answer the questions in the OMR sheet by using a ball point pen. The NTA has released the NEET application form along with the information brochure. Only eligible candidates can fulfil the NEET application online. Registered candidates have to enter NEET application number and date of birth to download the admit card of NEET 2026.     The National Testing Agency has cancelled the NEET 2026 held on May 3, 2026. The step has been taken after investigating the NEET 2026 paper leak rumours. The re-NEET 2026 exam date is June 21, 2026. The authority has mentioned that candidates will not have to register again however, the admit cards will be issued again.
