Candidates applying under the Management Quota must fulfil the following requirements:
Must have passed 10+2 (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject.
Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC).

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, conducts the application process online.
Visit the official portal.
Enrol using NEET UG roll number, personal particulars and email ID.
Complete the MBBS application form (choose “Management Quota”).
Upload the documents (NEET Scorecard, 10th & 12th mark sheets, ID proof, community certificate if applicable).
Make your application charges through online mode.
Submit the form, save a print copy of it for counselling.
Candidates will be shortlisted strictly on the basis of NEET UG 2025 scores.
A rank list will be published by DME Tamil Nadu.
Shortlisted candidates must attend online or offline counselling for seat allotment.
After seat allotment, candidates have to pay the first-year fees and report to the respective medical college with original documents.
