Age:

As per the NEET eligibility criteria, aspirants must have attained an age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2026 by the end of the academic year.

Qualifying exam:

• Students should have qualified/appearing in the Class 12 exam under 10+2 system through CBSE/Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE)/Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi or any equivalent exam from any recognised school located in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi only.

• Also, medical candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or Pratrachar Vidyalaya will also be eligible for DU MBBS admissions.

• General applicants must secure at least 50% in Class 12 to appear for NEET exam, while 40% must be secured for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Also General PwD (Person with Disabilities) must obtain 45% in 10+2.

Entrance examination:

Candidates must be National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) entrance test qualified. Candidates belonging to General category must secure at least 50th percentile in NEET 2026, while SC/ST/OBC must obtain 40th percentile.
