With 400 marks in NEET 2025 (Open category, Maharashtra), you are not eligible for government MBBS colleges.
Government colleges in Maharashtra generally require 610+ marks.
Options:
Private medical colleges (chances still low)
Allied health courses (B.Sc. Nursing, etc.)
Drop a year and prepare again for a higher score.
No college in India offers BAMS without NEET.
NEET is mandatory for all BAMS admissions, including private and management quota.

The neet ug score of 263 will have estimated rank from 400,000 to 500,000. I am using the word estimated as the actual rank may vary depending on many factors. If your goal is not mbbs then you can try other courses like Dental, Homeopathy or Ayurvedic.
