The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore has closed the Karnataka MBBS application form on August 19, 2024. Application form of Karnataka NEET UG were released on August 7, 2024. Candidates could fill out the Karnataka MBBS application form in online mode. Karnataka MBBS eligibility criteria 2024
Candidates filling the Karnataka MBBS 2024 application must fulfil the eligibility criteria given below. Candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, their application form will not be accepted by the authorities.
Nationality: Indian citizens can apply for Karnataka MBBS admission. NRI/OCI candidates can apply only for NRI quota seats in private colleges.
Domicile: Candidates of Karnataka domicile candidates are eligible for government seats in Karnataka MBBS/BDS 2024 admission. Candidates not belonging to Karnataka can apply for open and other quota seats in private institutes in the state.
Academic eligibility: Medical aspirants who have passed 2nd PUC/ class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects will be able to fill the application form of Karnataka MBBS.
Qualifying marks: Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 50% marks and those belonging to reserved category must secure 40% in the qualifying exam.
NEET 2024 cutoff: The authority will accept the Karnataka MBBS application form of NEET 2024 qualified candidates only. To qualify the NEET exam, students will have to secure the minimum NEET cutoff released by NTA. NEET category-wise cutoff is given below for the candidate’s reference.

How to register in KEA for MBBS
Given below is the step-by-step guide on how to fill the Karnataka state NEET application form 2024 for the candidate’s reference.
Step 1: Karnataka MBBS 2024 registration
- Click on the “Fill Karnataka NEET 2024 application form” link, which will be provided here when released
- Next, click on the option stating “Click here to register”
- Read the instructions carefully which will appear on the screen
- Click on “Apply online”
- Fill in the details asked such as name of the candidate, parents’ name, DOB, mobile number, and email address. Create a unique password and submit
