The Health & Welfare Department, Medical Education, Kerala releases the Kerala NEET 2025 seat matrix. As per the recent data released by the authority, there are a total of 2700 MBBS seats in Kerala distributed in 19 self-financing medical colleges. The total number of BDS seats in Kerala are 1470 which are distributed in 18 self-financing dental colleges in the state. The 15% of All India Quota seats in the Kerala state are granted through centralized NEET counselling. The Kerala NEET counselling is conducted for 85% state quota seats. As per the data updated by NMC, there are a total of 1755 seats in Kerala distributed among 12 government colleges in the state. A total of 2700 seats are there in private medical colleges in Kerala. Yes , the NEST exam is generally considered tougher than NEET as it requires more focus towards conceptual understanding and thinking , while NEET generally tests NCERT based knowledge where as in NEST it requires you to have deeper clarity in Physics , Chemistry , Biology and Mathematics.
