NEET MDS 2022 – National Board of Examination (NBE) has released the application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery - NEET MDS 2022 exam at nbe.edu.in As mentioned in the official notice, the registrations for NEET MDS 2022 has commenced from January 4, 3:00 PM onwards. The postgraduate dental exam will be held on March 6, 2022.

Authorities will be releasing the NEET MDS application form 2022 along with the information brochure on the official website, nbe.edu.in. Only the registered candidates can download the NEET MDS 2022 admit card after the release. As per the pattern, the NEET MDS exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode that contains 240 multiple-choice questions. On the basis of the entrance exam, the result of NEET MDS 2022 will be announced at nbe.edu.in.

NBE will also announce NEET MDS 2022 cutoff along with the result. As per the NEET MDS cut-off, general category candidates must secure 50th percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC, the percentile is 40th. January 3, 2022: NBE has released the NEET MDS 2022 information brochure and started the registration process at nbe.edu.in.

January 3, 2022: NBE released official dates for NEET MDS 2022 at nbe.edu.in. The registrations for NEET MDS 2022 will commence from January 4 at 03:00 PM. The last date to apply for NEET MDS 2022 is January 24, 2022.

December 2, 2021: The new NEET MDS 2022 exam date is March 6.

What is the scope of NEET MDS 2022?

The exam of NEET MDS for dental courses for academic session 2022 is valid for admission to the following admission criteria:

• Admission to 50% All India Quota seats for MDS courses (excluding candidates from Jammu and Kashmir)

• Admission to 50% State quota seats for MDS courses for all States/Union Territories of India (including Jammu & Kashmir)

• MDS courses at all Private Dental colleges, institutions & Universities all across the country

• MDS courses at Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions

• Screening exam for dental surgeons (BDS and MDS) for short service commission in the Army Dental Corps

NEET MDS Eligibility Criteria 2022

It is important to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of NEET MDS 2022, before applying for the dental postgraduate entrance exam. • Aspirants should not be less than 20 years old for the entrance exam

• BDS candidates must have a recognized degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) issued from a university/institute approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI)

• One must have a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the DCI or State Dental Council (SDC)

• He/she should possess a year rotatory internship completion letter on or before March 31, 2022.
