Kerala MBBS Application Details

The state counselling authority has released the application forms for admission to Kerala MBBS/BDS on February 1. the last date to fill in Kerala MBBS/BDS application form was February 28, and the last day of sending the hard copy of application form was March 31, 2018.

Kerala MBBS Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria for admission to Kerala MBBS/BDS: 1. Candidates applying for Kerala MBBS/BDS must be Indian citizens. 2. Candidates are required to qualify the NEET entrance exam by scoring NEET cutoff 2018. Candidates are required to obtain at least 50th percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST and 45th percentile for general PH) in order to qualify NEET exam. 3. Only Kerala origin candidates and those who have studied in Kerala will be eligible for consideration of MBBS/BDS admission of Kerala. 4. Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) in Class 12th with at least 50% (40% for SC/ST category and 45% for SEBC) in aggregate. Along with that, candidates must have scored at least 50% (45% for SEBC) in Biology/Biotechnology in Class 12. 5. Candidates must complete at least 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year they are applying for admission.

of course you should apply for all india quota coz u are sure to get a seat by 2nd allotment.

Last year 9423 also got seat via all india quota in general category

Dear Biju,

Admissions will be based on NEET exam and counselling will be held seperately through state. 

You have to apply for the application form to attend the counselling.
