    As per Physics Wallah, the NEET 2025 exam difficulty was moderate to tough. The Physics section was relatively moderate but lengthy due to numerical problems, Chemistry was moderate to easy, and Biology was relatively easy and high scoring.

    A total of 180 questions were asked in the NEET 2025 question paper. With Physics and Chemistry carrying 45 questions each, 90 questions from Botany and Zoology were asked in Biology. In the NEET chemistry paper 2025, Organic Chemistry had significant weightage, while Physics questions from Oscillations were notably tricky.
