Before 2020, AIIMS had its own entrance exam (not through NEET), so NEET-based cut-offs are not available.

The cutoffs, however, maybe lower in some cases, even between 300 and 400 for reserved categories like SC, ST and OBC. It is improbable that you would get admitted to a government BAMS institution with a score of 192, particularly under the all India quota.
However, depending on the state and seed availability, certain private BAMS University is may except applicants with low scores. You can try in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra through management quota or NRI quotas.
Take part in state - level counselling and try on private colleges through management quota after checking their cutoffs.
