JIPMER PG Eligibility Criteria 2021 - Nationality
Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for JIPMER PG 2021 exam
Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), registered under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, must fulfill the specified eligibility criteria of JIPMER PG. They are required to upload a copy of their OCI card at the time of filling the application form and should also furnish it during counseling. OCI candidates will only be considered under the unreserved category and their names will appear in the overall JIPMER PG 2021 merit list.
Foreign Nationals should have registered their MBBS degree in the medical council of their respective countries and should take permission from the Medical Council of India (MCI).

If you cannot submit your ews certificate during counselling process then you will be considered under general category. That means you are not using the benefit that you have. Yes , you can enter counselling as an unreserved or general category candidate but you will have much chances of getting a good seat in good college.There is no harm in using it during counselling. Yes you can re submit the application before the last date is over. You can upload the correct information in place of which you have mistaken in previous application.
