Scoring 700+ marks (99.99+ percentile) is essential for ranks within the top 200. This score in NEET 2025 has a high chance of securing admission to top institutes like AIIMS or JIPMER.
Scores in the range of 650 - 700 (99.85 - 99th percentile) result in ranks between 200 to 3,000 and provide an opportunity for top government colleges under All India Quota (AIQ)
NEET 2025 scores in the range of 600 - 650 (99.2788 - 99.85 percentile) can give a rank of 3,000 to 15,000, providing an opportunity for admission to government colleges under state quota seats and top private medical colleges in India.
