Below is a step-by-step guide to download NEET OMR sheet 2025.
Go to the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in

On the homepage, look for the “NEET OMR Sheet PDF Download” or “View/Challenge OMR Sheet” link under the candidate activity section. This link is typically highlighted when the OMR sheets are released.
If you can’t find the link, check the “Latest News” or “Candidate Login” section.
Click on the OMR sheet download link, which redirects to the login page.
Enter the NEET credentials such as the NEET Application Number, Password or Date of Birth, and security pin
Click on the “Login” or “Submit” button.
Once logged in, navigate to the “View/Challenge OMR Sheet” tab on the dashboard.
Click on “Click here to view your OMR Answer Sheet” to display the scanned image of the NEET 2025 OMR sheet.
Check the NEET question paper code and other details (Roll number, test booklet number) on the OMR sheet
The OMR sheet of NEET 2025 will be displayed with the responses marked during the exam.
Click the “Download” button to save the OMR sheet as a PDF file.
Save the file for future reference, as it can be useful for score calculation and raising challenges.
The NTA also sends a scanned copy of the NEET OMR response sheet to the registered email address of students. Students should check their inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from the NTA with the subject line related to NEET 2025 OMR sheets. The email typically includes a PDF attachment of the NEET 2025 OMR sheet or a link to download it from the official website.

Once candidates have downloaded their NEET OMR sheet, they can use it to evaluate their performance by following these steps:
1. Download the NEET Provisional Answer Key: Along with the OMR sheet, the NTA releases the NEET 2025 provisional answer key for all question paper codes. Students need to download the answer key for their specific question paper code from neet.nta.nic.in.
2. Compare Responses: Match the answers students have marked on the OMR sheet with the correct answers provided in the provisional answer key.
3. Calculate the Score: Use the NEET marking scheme to calculate the estimated NEET score.

-1 mark for each incorrect answer.
0 marks for unanswered questions.
NEET Score = (Number of Correct Answers × 4) – (Number of Incorrect Answers × 1)
4. Predict Your Rank: Use the estimated score to predict the NEET 2025 rank and potential college options with tools like the NEET College Predictor.
If students find discrepancies in their OMR sheet, such as answers not displayed correctly or marked incorrectly by the scanner, they can raise a challenge during the challenge window by following the steps given below.
Go to the official website, neet.nta.nic.in and click on the link provided for “Answer key challenge for NEET 2025” under the candidate activity window
Log in using the NEET application number and password.
Identify the question(s) with discrepancies. Select the question ID and choose the correct answer from the drop-down menu under the “Candidate Claim” option.
Provide a brief explanation or supporting documents (if required) to justify your challenge.
Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question to be challenged via debit/credit card or net banking.
Ensure all challenges are selected before final submission, as no further changes are allowed after payment.
Click on the submit button and then “Save my claim and finally pay fees”.
Download the challenge receipt for future reference.
