NEET February 2019 – National Testing Agency (NTA) will not conduct the NEET 2019 February session. Candidates appearing for NEET 2019 February session must be familiar with the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form. This would prevent the application forms from getting rejected. The eligibility criteria of NEET February 2019 have been listed below:

The age of the candidates must at least be 17 years as on December 31, 2019.
The candidates must not exceed 25 years in age as on May 5, 2019.
The candidates must have qualified in Class 12 or qualifying examination or must be appearing in the same in 2019.
In the qualifying exam the candidates must have scored an aggregate of 50% (for unreserved), 45% (for Physically Handicapped -PH), and 40% (for reserved including the PH reserved) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Candidates are required to have studied Biology/Biotechnology with practicals in both Classes 11 and 12. Candidates with Biology as an additional subject in Class 12 alone are also eligible for NEET 2019.
NTA has announced the release date for the application form of NEET 2019 February session. The NEET 2019 application form will be released on October 1, 2018. The application form for the February session of NEET 2019 will be released on the official website of NTA. Candidates attempting February session of NEET 2019 are required to fill in the application form by October 30, 2018. It is important to note that candidates must compulsorily fill the NEET February 2019 application form in order to be able to appear in the exam.

All the candidates will be required to download the NEET February 2018 admit card and compulsorily carry it to the exam centre.
NTA will release the answer key of NEET 2019 February session. As the mode of NEET February 2019 will be online so the answer key of the same will also be released in the online mode only. The answer key of NEET 2019 February session will likely be released in the form of responses. Candidates will be able to view the correct responses and compare them to the ones they have marked. The NEET February 2019 answer key will also allow the candidates to get an idea of the marks that they might obtain in the February session of the exam.
The result of NEET 2019 February session will be declared by the first week of March 2019. NTA will release the NEET February 2019 result. The result of the February session of NEET 2019 will be declared on the official website of NTA which can be viewed and downloaded by the candidates by logging in with their login ID/application number and password. Candidates unsatisfied with NEET February 2019 result can appear for the exam again on May 2019.
The counselling for NEET 2019 February session will be held in the month of June 2019 tentatively along with the counselling for the May 2019 session. The NEET February 2019 counselling for the All India Quota, ESIC quota, and seats in Central and Deemed universities will be conducted by Director General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The state quota counselling of candidates who appeared for the February session of NEET 2019 will be conducted by the respective state counselling authorities. The seat allotment of the candidates through NEET February 2019 counselling will be based on the candidates NEET UG rank and score, and the preferences opted by the candidates at the time of counselling.

Tulsi, you can upload a photograph in NEET application form only once. The next time you have to upload is when NTA thinks your photograph doesn't meet the guidelines and sends you a notification at your registered email and mobile no# asking you to upload another photograph that falls within the guidelines. I repeat, you cannot upload a photograph for the 2nd time unless you have been asked by NTA. So, if NTA finds it faulty, they themselves will ask you to change the photograph. Or else you can be assured that the photo uploaded was good enough. There is nothing that you can do right now and also nothing to be worried about either.
