THIS TIME IN NEET PG 2020 I GOT ONLY 269, NOT QUALIFIED... WILL THEY REDUCE THE MARK IN MOP UP? LATER, so i can get atleast a diploma paid seat... is theres any chance?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 17th Feb, 2020

Going by previous years, the cut offs have been reduced when the vacant seats were more than the students qualified. It might be the case this year too if the situation remains the same. MCI will have to consult the Ministry of Health and Family welfare before taking such a decision. You haven't mentioned your Category but if you belong to General Category, the chances of the cut offs being reduced to 269 are quite less. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation.

My NEET PG rank 14777 .any chance of getting MD/MS/pg Diploma in KIMS HUBL

Mayank Chowdhary 17th Feb, 2020
Hi Aishwarya!! Hope you are doing well!! You have got a good rank in your NEET exam. According to your rank, it seems difficult to get MS/MD in KIMS Hubli as their closing ranks are usually better than this. But still cutoff may vary and you can still have a chance to get in.
