The Telangana NEET PG bond for management quota requires postgraduate candidates to sign a service bond at the time of admission. As per the bond policy, a candidate must serve at the same institution where they have pursued the course as a Senior Resident for a period of one year after the completion of the degree. Hence, all candidates admitted under management quota have to execute a bond on a stamped paper of Rs 100 agreeing to pay Rs. 50 lakh penalty to the university if they break the bond.
Admitted candidates who discontinue the PG medical course after the second phase of counselling or later have to pay a penalty of Rs. 50 lakh to prevent seat blocking. Such candidates will also be debarred from KNRUHS Telangana NEET PG admission for the period of three years.
In addition, the original documents submitted by the candidates at the time of admission to the allotted colleges will not be returned to candidates till the completion of the course and the fulfilment of the above mentioned bond terms.
A total of 50% of seats in each specialty in each college are management quota seats. It must be noted that there is no reservation in the management quota seats. The management quota seats are divided into three categories: MQ1, MQ2 and MQ3 Institutional Quota.
Management Quota MQ1: 25% students from all states and UTs are eligible.
Management Quota MQ2: Under the category, 15% NRI candidates and NRI sponsored candidates can apply.
Management Quota MQ3: 10% candidates who have completed MBBS from the same institute or employee or ward of an employee are eligible.

Hope it helps.
Hello,
With an All India rank of around 82,471 and UP state rank around 4,633 , your chances for MS Surgery in government colleges are very low. You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.
Choice filling strategy:
Top: Private/deemed colleges in UP for Surgery.
Backup: Other clinical branches (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology) in private/deemed colleges.
Safe: Non-clinical or less competitive branches in private/deemed colleges.
Tips:
Check fees, bond, and stipend before choosing.
Be flexible with branch and college to secure a seat.
You have a non-zero chance if you focus on private/deemed colleges and plan your choices wisely.
Hope it helps !
Hello, in NEET PG 2025, if you get a government college seat, the monthly stipend is typically around Fifty thousand to Ninety Thousand Rupees with modest tuition fees, and a possible service bond of several lakhs depending on the state. Your rank of 82,471 may limit chances in the second round, and if allotted a seat in a private or deemed college, the fees are actually higher and also, the stipend or bond rules may differ. The exact details actually depend on the college and state quota that you secure. All the best!
