The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET exam pattern 2025 along with the information bulletin. Medical aspirants looking for MBBS and BDS seats must be familiar with the exam pattern of NEET 2025. The NEET 2025 is held in pen and paper mode for 3 hours and 20 minutes. As per the NEET exam pattern, the paper will be divided into two sections: Section A and B. Section A will contain 35 questions, while Section B will have 15 questions. There are 200 questions in NEET UG exam, which are of multiple choice nature. Out of these 200 questions, students have to answer only 180 questions. These 200 questions are divided into two sections - Section A and Section B. Section A of each subject contains 35 questions, while section B consists of 15 questions each. Out of these 15 questions of section B, candidates can answer any 10 questions. These 200 questions are divided into three sections:

NEET question paper contains 200 multiple choice questions carrying 4 marks each, out of which only 180 questions need to be answered. The question papers of NEET comprise the questions from class 11 and 12 syllabi from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. As per the NEET negative marking 2025, one mark is deducted for every wrong attempt.
The NTA is likely to implement NEET pattern change 2025 removing the optional choice of questions from the section B. As per the NEET new pattern 2025, there might be only 180 questions instead of 200.
NEET question paper is provided in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates can choose the question paper language of NEET 2025 while filling the application form. It has to be kept in mind that the choice of the regional language will depend upon the location of the NEET exam centre.
Candidates have to fill in the medium of the NEET question paper while filling the NEET application form 2025. It must be noted that medium of question paper once filled cannot be changed later.

So if you fail in final year BSc exams it doesn't matter and if you secure a seat in a medical college you can take the admission without any problem.the only problem is the certificates you need to present at the time of document verification.if you fail to provide your documents your seat may get cancelled.
You need to collect your all documents from the college if they coperate you can get certificate easily but if not request them. If you are taking admission on the basis of 12th marks then it may create problem in future so try to get certificate from college.

The Madhya Pradesh Medhavi Chhatra Yojana (also known as the Medhavi Yojana) provides scholarships to meritorious students based on their performance in the 12th board examinations.the percentage should be more than 75 percent for mp board students and for CBSE and icse it is 85 percent.
