JIPMER Counselling 2019 - Jawaharlal Institute of Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry will begin the final round counselling of JIPMER MBBS 2019 on September 26, from 8:00 AM onwards. JIPMER 2019 counselling final round will be conducted for allotment of 02 seats left vacant in general category. Candidates who secured equals to or more than 50th percentile will be eligible to participate for JIPMER counselling 2019. Such aspirants who have already opted JIPMER Puducherry or Karaikal campuses are not eligible for JIPMER MBBS seat allotment process. The registration for final round seat allotment will begin at 10:30 AM. JIPMER final counselling will be conducted at the mini auditorium, fourth floor of JIPMER Academic Centre, Puducherry. The detailed schedule along with the category-wise number of aspirants has been mentioned in the table below. The live telecast of JIPMER MBBS counselling will be done using NKN Connectivity from Regional Resource Centre (RRC) JIPMER to all Medical Colleges of South India. This article will familiarise candidates with the JIPMER counselling process, important dates, JIPMER cut off, statistics and admission procedure, etc.

Candidates who will be absent in any of the round of counselling will be declared ineligible for the next round of JIPMER 2019 counselling as well except for the open round. For each round of counselling, the number of candidates will be eight times the number of seats available.
JIPMER will conduct the counselling process for 150 seats available at JIPMER Puducherry and 50 seats available at Karaikal campus. The result of the JIPMER MBBS entrance exam was declared on June 7.

JIPMER 2019 Counselling - Step-wise Procedure
JIPMER Puducherry will release an official notice along with the JIPMER result for the counselling. The notice will state the candidates invited for the JIPMER counselling 2019, venue, date and time of the counselling, and documents required. This official notice will not be sent to the individual candidates, candidates can check the same on the official website or in this article. Candidates can check below the stepwise procedure to be followed to participate in the counselling of JIPMER 2019.

Candidates who will qualify JIPMER 2019 by clearing the cutoff and are also included in the merit list will need to report to the JIPMER counselling venue at the time and date specified on the official notice. The first step they have to undertake upon reporting at the counselling venue is to register their details.
Biometric Fingerprint and Document Verification
After successful registration, candidates will be asked to verify their fingerprints and photograph before JIPMER 2019 counselling starts. In case there is a mismatch in the biometric fingerprints or photograph then the candidates will not be allowed to take part in the JIPMER counselling 2019 and there are chances that the Institution can take legal action against them.
In this step, candidates will be required to verify their documents post which they can participate in the counselling of JIPMER 2019. The list of documents that will be required are given below-
JIPMER 2019 admit card signed by the invigilator or the exam centre representative present during the exam.
Class 10 pass certificate or birth certificate as a proof of date of birth
Class 12 or equivalent examination pass certificate
Class 12 or equivalent examination mark sheet
Character Certificate from the institute last attended
Residence Certificate issued by Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar
Caste Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the post of Tahsildar
Transfer Certificate issued from the Head of the Institute last attended
Residence Certificate/Employer Certificate for residents of Puducherry
Medical Certificate, for PwD candidates
Six recent passport size colour photographs
JIPMER Counselling 2019
After the verification of candidates’ documents, biometric and image, candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling of JIPMER 2019. UR and PwD category seats will be filled first for which all the candidates will be called in the order of their merit irrespective of whether they belong to UR, OBC, SC or ST. After the counselling of these seats, candidates belonging to OBC, SC and ST categories will be called to fill up the seats reserved for the respective categories. Next the counselling for seats available for Puducherry candidates will be conducted. Candidates can choose the campus where they wish to take admission as per their merit rank. Note that authorities will not allow sliding from one campus to the other once a particular campus is selected.
Payment of Fee
If the candidate opts for a seat, then s/he will be required to submit the academic fee on the day of the counselling itself. The fee once paid will be paid in the form of a demand draft. The conducting body will only issue the admission letter once the fee is confirmed. Candidates can check the academic fee in the table given below-

JIPMER Counselling 2019 - Second Round
The procedure of the second round of JIPMER 2019 counselling will remain same as that of the round one of counselling. The list of candidates invited for the round two of counselling will be released by the authorities. The candidates who will attend the first round of counselling but do not opt for a seat will be eligible to participate in the second round of JIPMER counselling 2019. However, those who are invited for the first round but do not attend the counselling will be declared ineligible for the further counselling rounds except for the open round. The candidates who will not opt for any seat in the second round of counselling will be eligible for the third round of JIPMER counselling 2019.
JIPMER Counselling 2019 - Open Round
JIPMER Puducherry will conduct the open round of JIPMER counselling 2019 if the seats remain vacant after round three. For the open round of counselling, all the candidates will be invited who have qualified the exam i.e. secured a percentile score equal to or more than the JIPMER cut off 2019.

JIPMER Seat Reservation 2019
The total number of seats available at Puducherry campus is 150 and JIPMER Karaikal is 50. Candidates can check here the seat reservation policy of JIPMER and the criteria to apply for Puducherry residents quota seats. The seats reserved for OPH candidates are not to be counted as extra seats as that is the horizontal reservation. Note that the seat distribution given in the table below is subject to change.
JIPMER Seat Reservation 2019 - Puducherry Residents Quota
Candidates seeking admission for seats available under Puducherry Residents Quota must fulfil one of the following criteria to be declared eligible-
Candidate must have a Permanent Integrated Certificate issued by the Department of Revenue & Disaster Management or by the administrative (tehsil/taluk) office concerned.
Candidate must have completed Class 10 from the union territory and have also completed five years of continuous study. In this case, it is also required of candidates to be a resident of the Puducherry for five years.
Candidate’s parent/s should be an employee of Puducherry Government or Central Government at least for three consecutive years. Candidate, in this case, must have completed Class 12 from an institution located in Puducherry and has studied for two successive years.
Candidate whose either of the parent was a Defence Personnel/Central Paramilitary Force killed or disabled in action and who has declared Puducherry as his/her hometown will be eligible.

should we study frog and earthworm for neet 2020.. they are not included in syllabus right but two questions were asked from frog part in neet 2017..
Although, frog and earthworm are not included in NEET syllabus of biology, in your NEET syllabus there is only brief account on the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, nervous and reproductive for cockroach only.
But it has been seen that many times questions in NEET have been asked from earthworm and frog, for example in NEET 2017 questions were asked from frog.
So it's better if you study , frog and earthworm as well for your neet examination. Thus, you should go through frog and earthworm .
what is the cutoff in Delhi for NEET in government medical college
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment
In neet 2019, 613 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a seat in government medical college under Delhi state quota and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi
But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 650 marks to be on the safer side in your neet examination to get a seat in Government Medical College in Delhi

Objective biology by Dinesh is good for getting knowledge but when it comes to preparing for Neet examination using Dinesh objective Biology then it is not recommended .
This is because,
it has too much of unnecessary details which will be never asked in NEET examination, also the MCQs pattern is not up to the level of Neet examination.
