Minimum educational qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent exam with Bi.P.C Group (Science stream only) with English as compulsory subject.
Marks in qualifying exam: Candidates belonging to OC category must have secured an aggregate of 45% in science subjects of the qualifying examination. The minimum qualifying marks aggregate for SC, ST and BC categories are 40%.
Age Limit: Candidates must have attained 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
Medical fitness: Candidates must be medically fit.
Nationality: Candidates should be citizens of India. Persons of Indian Origin and OCI card holders can also apply.
Gender: Both male and female can apply for AP BSc nursing exam 2025.
The authority releases the APNCET application form at the official website. Eligible candidates are required to register and fill the application form within the specified time period. APNCET 2025 application form can be filled in three major steps: registration, login and application submission. Candidates can check the detailed process below.
Registration
Go to the official website: apuhs-ncet.aptonline.in/NCET/.
Click on ‘Registration’.
Enter class 12 hall ticket number, date of birth, candidate’s name, mobile number and email ID.
Enter password and confirm it.
Enter Captcha and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
An OTP is sent to the entered mobile number.
Enter the received OTP in the provided space and click on ‘Submit’.
Registration ID is sent to the registered email and mobile number.
Login
Click on the ‘Login’ link.
Enter the registration ID, password and Captcha code.
Application submission
Select ‘Services’ and then click on ‘Application submission’.
Fill personal details, residential details, educational details and click on ‘Save and Continue’.
Select the preferred 5 exam centres from the list and add as per your priority.
Click on ‘Save and continue’. Candidates are redirected to the payment gateway.
Pay the application form fee and click on ‘Continue’.
Upload photograph, signature, fingerprint and other essential documents in the specified format.
Click on ‘Preview application’ and ch
eck the filled details.
Click on ‘Final submit’.
Print the APNCET application form for future reference.

The authority issues the APNCET hall tickets to the registered candidates only. Candidates have to login by entering their registration ID and date of birth for AP NCET hall ticket download. Candidates must follow the below mentioned steps for APNCET 2025 admit card download.

The authority publishes the APNCET provisional answer key a few days after the conclusion of the exam. Candidates are given the opportunity to challenge the provisional APNCET answer key 2025 by paying an amount of Rs 200 per answer challenged. After reviewing the challenges, the authority releases the final AP BSc nursing answer key 2025. Based on the final answer key, the authority prepares the APNCET 2025 result.
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences announces the APNCET result in the form of a merit list. Candidates securing marks equal or above the cutoff percentile are declared as qualified for the APNCET 2025 exam. The AP BSc nursing result 2025 is announced at the official website: drntr.uhsasp.in. The APNCET merit list 2025 mentions the name of the candidates, registration ID, marks secured, category and rank.

A candidate securing higher marks in Biology section in the entrance exam is placed higher in the merit list.
In case tie is not resolved, a candidate with higher marks in the Chemistry section is placed in a higher position.
If tie still persist, a candidate with higher marks in Physics section secures higher rank in the merit list.
At last a candidate older in age is placed higher in the merit list.
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh conducts the counselling for admission to BSc nursing courses in the colleges of Andhra Pradesh. The APNCET 2025 counselling is conducted in online mode for Competent Authority quota and Management Quota separately. Qualified candidates have to register for the AP BSc nursing counselling within the specified date and also have to upload the documents. Based on the registrations, the authority releases the eligible and not eligible candidates list for the counselling.
Eligible candidates are required to fill their preferences within the specified dates. The authority then announces the seat allotment result at the official website. Also, candidates are intimated on their registered mobile number if they are allotted a seat. Candidates who are allotted seats in the APNCET counselling process are required to report at the institute within the stipulated time.
